No Refunds/Exchanges 
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@sezwan.com with full details and photos.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
